This is going to be such an awesome day serving our community! We have 4 things happening that day:
- Block Party at Roubioux Springs (south side of bridge)
- Walking neighborhoods and going door to door with Easter invites, door hangers, praying with people, sharing the Gospel as opportunities allow
- Outside of Walmart helping people with groceries to their car and praying with people and handing Easter invites out
- Walmart gas station offering to clean people's windshields and praying with people and handing Easter invites out
We need people in all of these areas. Some of these we need more people than others, so please be flexible with where we place you depending on needs. Below you will be able to mark your choices 1-4 (1 being first option). We need about 15-25 at the block party, 10-15 at Walmart, 10-20 at the Walmart Gas Station, and 30-50+ going door to door.
Anyone at the block party will have hot dogs for lunch, while the rest of the groups will have sack lunches. We will meet at the church FIRST at 9am to worship, have a short devotional, pray together and grab what resources we need before heading out to our ministry locations. The goal is to start doing ministry by 10am. If it's still busy by 3pm, and you're group wants to keep going, keep at it!
Please put 1, 2, 3, or 4 on each of the options below. 1 being the top pick and 4 being your lowest pick. Please be flexible. Every opportunity is an opportunity to show the love of Jesus. One is not more important than the other.
Please check if you are comfortable praying with or sharing the gospel with someone. It's ok if you aren't. We just want to have balance of all the teams. We will be providing LIFE books and three circle stickers to all teams.
